All our products are sent by courier companies.
By placing your order - you automatically agree that:
• you will receive an informational email to the email you have provided to us detailing the details you have entered in your order,
• you will receive an informative email to the email you have registered with us which includes the link of the voucher, of the transport so that you can check at any time where your order is,
• you will receive an informative email to the email you have registered with us after 8 to 10 days in which you can tell us if you want to tell us if you are happy with the product you bought as well as make comments which will be published on our page, without showing your personal information data (eg if your email is email@example.com it will become firstname.lastname@example.org)
time Shipping time is from 1 to 4 working days from our courier company. The average time of receipt of the product from the day of registration of the order by the customer for Greece is calculated from 3 to approximately 7 working days.
This happens once your order has been approved. Order preparation days are from Monday to Friday. This means that if you place your order on Saturday, it will go through the approval, preparation and shipping stage on Tuesday at the latest (the above time may vary in the special cases of non-immediate availability of the product, or special processing).
Deliveries by courier for Saturday have an extra charge.
Delivery time varies by order. Usual delivery time is approximately 2 – 4 working days. Due to the pandemic (COVID 19) this time has increased to 2 - 10 working days (especially in large urban centers due to courier delays).
Shipping times may vary due to unpredictable factors such as: strikes, carrier delays, holidays, public holidays, etc. Shipping Costs
Our policy of keeping costs low for the customer has led us to choose a one-time shipping cost for each order. So regardless of the quantity or volume of products ordered for Greece , what you have to pay is only 3.00 euros with all shipping methods. For orders over 65 euros, shipping is free. The cost of cash on delivery is 3.00 euros for orders up to 100 euros, while no cash on delivery is charged for orders of 100 euros or more.
Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days provided that:
• The damage was not caused by the fault of the customer.
• The products are in the same condition in which you received them. Regarding Clothing and Footwear, it is a necessary condition that the product has not been used or worn.
• The product must be accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.
• In the event that the customer receives the product and wants to return it for any reason of their own, the return shipping of the product will be charged at €5.00. If the product is accompanied by a gift, it must also be returned.
• Swimwear (the bottom), underwear and socks are not returned for hygiene reasons.
• You can register changes/returns yourself from the menu available in our online store options 24 hours a day, or from our call center during our eShop opening hours.
• Changes/Returns to products that we have received from our customers are carried out daily by our company between 08.00am and 10.00am
How to Change/Return
• You prepare your parcel and enclose within it the proof of the product.
• Take the parcel to the transport courier from which you received it and charge ours (recipient) - only for ELTA that we cooperate with.
• In case of change/return of the order there is a fee of €5.00 which is charged to the customer and deducted from the amount that will be returned, or charged extra to the change of the order
• In case you received a wrong or defective product, the costs are borne by our company.
• As soon as we receive your return we will inform you by phone or email about its progress.
• We would like you to know that you can exchange any product within 14 days of receiving it and the exchange process usually takes 5-7 days.
• All products must be returned unworn, with all tags attached and in salable condition within 14 days of receipt of order.
• When attempting to try on the garments, ensure that they do not come into contact with anything that may leave a mark or smell, for example perfumes, deodorants, smoke etc. We will not be able to accept any product returns that have that these instructions have not been followed.
• If you have requested a refund, the funds will appear in your account within 7-10 business days of receipt of the refund by the relevant department of our business. We recommend for your own convenience, so that there are no additional deductions from the bank, that the account you give belongs to a Eurobank bank
• Return costs are always borne by the sender except for the first change or if the reason for the return is solely due to an error on our part.
• Replacement or change of the product can only be done if there is availability of the requested product. If the product you want is not available, the eshop service department will contact you to offer you additional options.

Regarding exchange/replacement shipping costs:
Replacements are accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days provided that:
• In case of change / replacement of the product, the fee is €5.00
• There has been no alteration or damage to the product or it was not done through the fault of the customer.
• After the first change / replacement,
- If the change / replacement is due to our fault, you do not have any financial burden.
- If it comes from your mistake, you will be charged €5.00 for shipping and return, after you have agreed with us by phone and charged the recipient during shipping, finally, you pay the amount of €5.00 upon receipt.It should be noted that the above also applies in the event that the customer did not incur the shipping costs, due to the fact that the original order exceeded 65 euros.
